03 — Findings & Approval
We explain what we found, the recommended repair and expected cost. Additional chargeable work requires your approval.
04 — Repair, Test & Collect
Once authorised, the repair is completed, tested against the reported fault and you are notified when it is ready.
Repair Pricing & Assessment
Clear pricing starts with understanding the fault. Our assessment process is designed to identify the problem properly before additional repair work is carried out.
Assessment — $110 + GST
Initial inspection and diagnosis of the reported fault.
Workshop Labour — $135 + GST
Repair labour is charged according to the work required and agreed before additional chargeable work is carried out.
Parts & Special Orders
Parts are quoted as required. Special-order components may require payment before ordering.
If a repair is not economical, we will explain the findings and available options rather than continue spending your money unnecessarily.
